1. Digital Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your digital subscription, you may request a cancellation within the first 30 days of purchase by contacting us at our designated support email.
- Refunds apply only to Digital Subscriptions.
- Any refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, meaning you will be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription.
- All applicable banking or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process will be your responsibility.
2. One-Time Services & Projects
For customized services such as feature profiles, content creation, and advertisement placements, all sales are final. Due to the personalized and resource-intensive nature of these projects, we have a strict no-refunds and no-cancellations policy once the work has been initiated.
- No Cancellations Policy: Once a service or order has been confirmed and the content creation process has begun, cancellations are not accepted. By approving the scope of the project and its details, you acknowledge and agree that work and resource allocation will begin immediately.
- No Refunds Policy: Refunds will not be provided for services once the content creation process has started. Our team invests time and resources into crafting and building content specifically for your needs based on your confirmation and approval.
- Partial Payment Situations: In cases where a client confirms participation but cancels before making the full payment, a minimum of 50% of the agreed amount will be chargeable to cover reserved resources and the commencement of editorial activities.
3. Customer Approval Process
Before we begin any content creation or project work, we will ask for your explicit approval on the proposed scope, timelines, and deliverables. Your consent at this stage serves as an initial agreement to proceed. Please be aware that once this approval has been given, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
4. Cancellations by Bizslope
In rare circumstances, Bizslope may cancel an order without prior notice. We will inform you via email or phone. Reasons for such cancellations may include, but are not limited to:
- A technical problem that makes it impossible for us to provide the service as agreed upon.
- An erroneous assumption in the approved scope of work that significantly alters the expected outcomes.
- Use of unauthorized payment methods or fraudulent orders.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or civil unrest.
Refunds in these specific cases will be processed at Bizslope’s sole discretion and will be returned to the original payment method.
