Dr. Natasha S. Hampton is a transformative public-sector leader whose nearly three-decade career has been defined by courage, reinvention, and people-centered governance. As City Manager of Riverdale, Dr. Hampton leads with a rare blend of operational expertise and strategic vision, grounded in her early experience across infrastructure, public works, and human resources.
