1. Cancellation and Refunds – Digital Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your digital subscription to BizSlope, you may request cancellation within 30 days from the date of purchase by writing to us at info@bizslope.com. Upon approval of the request, please allow up to 28 business days for the resolution and refund process.
Refunds are applicable only to Digital Subscriptions.
The refund amount will be processed on a pro-rata basis, and only the unused portion of the subscription period will be refunded.
All applicable banking charges, transaction fees, and payment gateway costs shall be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
2. One-Time Purchases – Reprint Rights, Feature Profiles & Advertisements
For one-time services such as reprint rights, feature profiles, editorial placements, interviews, and advertisements, the following cancellation terms apply:
If a client cancels participation after confirmation but before completing full payment, a minimum of 50% of the agreed amount shall be chargeable. This covers reserved editorial space, planning, and initial editorial work already initiated.
If full payment has been made and the client later chooses to withdraw, only 50% of the total amount will be refundable, as editorial resources, timelines, and internal coordination would already be in progress.
No refunds will be issued once the magazine or editorial content has entered the content development, design, layout, production, or printing stage.
All such services are additionally governed by the individual confirmations, approvals, and agreements shared and acknowledged by the client during the onboarding or confirmation process.
3. Changes to Content or Access
BizSlope reserves the right to amend, modify, restrict, or update digital content, services, editorial formats, or access conditions at its sole discretion. In cases of temporary pricing changes, access limitations, or editorial adjustments, no refunds shall be applicable.
4. Cancellation by BizSlope Without Prior Notice
In exceptional or unavoidable circumstances, BizSlope reserves the right to cancel any order, service, or subscription without prior notice. Customers will be informed via email or phone.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Use of unauthorised or invalid payment methods
- Fraudulent transactions or hacking-related activity
- Orders submitted with false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, technical failures, or civil disturbances
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment and shall remain at the sole discretion of BizSlope.
